Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: All orders, except for personalized items, take 3-5 business days to be delivered. You will receive a UPS tracking number by e-mail when your order has been shipped, so that you may track the progress. Personalized items, such as napkins and jewelry, take 7-10 business days for delivery.
Q: Can you rush my order? My party is this weekend!
A: Absolutely. If you place your order before noon Monday-Friday, we will ship the item the same day. There is also overnight and UPS 2 day air shipping options at check out. Please include the date that you need your order by, and we will make sure it arrives on time.

Q: What does your "red carpet runner" look like?
A: Our red carpet runner is very similar to the wedding isle runners used at virtually every wedding. It includes a pull cord for easy use. The material is red, makes no sound when it is walked on, and is 3 feet wide by 50 feet long.
